Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes. We require online orders to meet a minimum of 50 pieces which equates to $150

What is your shipping and return policy?

We ship our products through UPS and the total cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order. We currently do not accept any returns. If you receive a damaged item, please provide proof with a picture of the merchandise to younghopark418@gmail.com and give us a call. We will do our best to fix the situation.

Do you sell products aside from Braiding hair?

Do you ship internationally?

NO. Victoria Hair Systems sells products only to domestic customers in the United States.

What are your hours of operations?

We are open for business on weekdays from 9AM CST to 5PM CST.
